Our knowledgeable staff is always happy to help you choose the best pairings of meals and beverages to ensure an unforgettable experience. Reservations are not required but always suggested, especially during the summer & foliage seasons. Salt Bistro is also the home of the Vermont Catering Company, equipped to host events of 50 guests or less in-house, or larger offsite events of any party size. The Vermont Catering Company is always prepared to accommodate special menu requests and to serve events ranging from family-style buffets to fine-dining plated meals for parties of any size. We are available for full-service food & beverage events within the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and beyond, as well as the White Mountain region of New Hampshire.
